French Garden House Link

As I was visiting blogs tonight,

I visited the French Garden House

Her post today was on keeping

your silver looking shiny & new.

So much great info,

that those of us who love

SILVER

need to read...

Visit her post :)

AND

Have an OOOH La La Day!!!

So excited!!!

I was so excited

that I was able to make to my booth

at Riverside Galleria

before they closed yesterday.

Now that the holidays are over

the store closes at 5:30 on Sundays.

I didn't need much time,

I just had to move things around

so I could move in some

GREAT Treasures

I picked up during the week.

I found this great shelf unit

and I surely didn't want it hiding in my garage.

Things have been know to get lost in there :)

It's too pretty and grand,

I wanted in the booth ASAP.

So my hubby loaded it up and off we went.

Oh, we also loaded my truck...

This was the other great piece

that I couldn't wait to take to the booth.

Isn't this table & chairs great???

And the best part of it was

that I got a call from

Riverside Galleria today

Letting me know that the table....

SOLD :O)

Wish all the treasures would sell that quick!

Happy week EVERYONE!!!

Run some new treasures.

In my crazy saturday
of running the dogs to the vet,
my daughter having dance rehearsal,
my son's car breaking down,
(he's home for the week :] )
taking dogs to the groomers,
picking up a table I bought,
hmmm did I leave anything out???

Well, about 4pm,
I was able to run some
new treasures over to my booth
at Treasures N Junk.
I was still working on my booth
when they announced
they were closing in 3 minutes.

Needless to say my hubby
is always happy to hear
that announcement...lol

Here are some great handmade pillows.

First Communion bronze plate.

Blue Willow Daher Plater

Some more Daher bowls.

Glass Pedestal compote.

Goldilocks & Three Bears collector plate.

Happy Sunday Everyone!!!

Oh and for those of you who are following my
bathroom challenge,
I have another trip to Lowes today,
The exhaust fan we bought
didn't fit, image that!!!
So we are off to get another one...FUN :/

Treasures at Riverside Galleria

I had hoped to post these earlier.
But happy to say, my son
surprised us this weekend
and came home from school
for the weekend.

But, we made time yesterday
and took some of the new Treasures
to my booth #112
at Riverside Galleria.

My son just loves the drive to Riverside
(hahaha sure he does)

I gave this pedestal cake plate
a little touch up.
I think it turned out really cute.

I hope you enjoyed the new added treasures.

I just received a text from son!
They made it back on campus safely after a 6 hour drive.

Treasures N Junk Christmas...

Treasures N Junk
Christmas Party!!!
Chad and Jana
(Owner's of Treasure's N Junk)
Hosted their 2nd Annual
Dealer Christmas Party.

The party kicked off with a great
dealer potluck...yummmm :)

(Chad being MC)

The fun was under way with a
Treasure Hunt!!!
Yes, a treasure hunt in an Antique Mall!!!
How crazy is that!!!
10 items were hidden through out the mall.
All treasures were found and prizes won!!!

We all had a side aching, laugh till you drop time
with the infamous
White Elephant Gift Exchange!
Never in my life had I seen such creative junk gifts!!!
I had never participated in a White Elephant,
I didn't know what to give or what to expect.
My gift was so blah, nice but blah, compared to the
toilet paper snowman or the chocolate covered crickets...
next year I won't be bringing Christmas Cd's.

(Tammy recieving the toilet paper snowman)

A great time was had by all, but as if that wasn't enough
Chad and Jana
handed each of their dealers a
Gift Certificate for Treasures N Junk.
Remember I am shopper first :)

(Jana ready to hand out the gift certificates)

Merry Christmas from
Treasures N Junk
and me, dealer #99 :)

Christmas Cheer at Riverside Galleria

I hope everyone had a great Thankgiving!!!

And hopefully out of the food coma :)

It's officially

and you will know it

because Santa is here

to greet the visitors and shoppers.

Here are some of the beautiful decorations at Riverside Galleria.

Enjoy....

as you enter you will see this beautiful

Christmas Tree and Nativity display.

The giant Toy Soldier is all decked out in Christmas Garland

Presents wrapped in gold.

And the gorgeous chandelier with bows & pointsettas.

Merry Christmas!

Holiday Open House

Mission Galleria is having their annual

Holiday Open House

Come join us for a magical evening

as we ring in the

Holiday Season

this friday November 13th

from 5:30 to 9:00 pm

Enjoy holiday music, refreshments

and door prizes throughout the evening!!!

Whatta case....

This is my newly aquired display case!!!

On Friday, after visiting and adding treasures

to my booth at

Treasures and Junk,

I walked around to see all the treasures the

dealers had brought throughout the week.

And all alone, in the back corner was this dirty, sad, lonely case...

with, believe it or not a

"FREE" sign, yes FREE :)

I asked the owner of Treasures N Junk, Jana,

why was it free? was something wrong with it?

And to my happy heart, she said "no",

just had no space in the store for it!!!

So my hunny was kind enough to pick up for me

and now it has a happy home

at my booth #112 at Riverside Galleria!!!

Almost done....

So here is as much as I was able to get done.

With all the painting and moving of the Treasures,

I hurt my shoulder and couldn't get much done today.

But VOILA...

Here's an angle from behind the counter...

Ok, so I decided to expand my booth at Riverside Galleria. I thought this would be the perfect time as the holidays are right around the corner. Can't believe it, time just flys by. If all goes well, I will be set up by Saturday afternoon. I'm hoping to take lots of Treasures. And I will post lots of pictures as soon as I'm all set up. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time... it'll be fun :)

Last Supper Tapestry Riverside Galleria #112

This is one of my great finds from my trip to Loz Feliz. It's an amazing tapestry of the Last Supper. Handmade in Persia. It's simply beautiful. My pictures don't do it justice. This is just an amazing piece. Hopefully I can post some better pictures this weekend. I just couldn't wait any longer to share this special treasure. I was going to upload some of the other new items, but this one deserves the post all to its self.

Gold Shelf Unit for Sale!!!

I am rearranging my space at Treasures N Junk to make room for some more treasures. I have listed the gold & glass shelves on craigslist for $80.00.

Here's the post:

This is a great shelf unit. Very sturdy. Metal Frame with 5 Glass shelves. Measurements are about 50w x 70h x 15.5 deep. You can see it in the middle of the picture.
